Terms & Conditions

1. General

1. All the orders are accepted by us only under these Terms and statutory employed. They may not be altered other than with our written agreement.
2. Any quotations supplied by us will be done so in a written form and shall lapse 30 days from the quotation date.
3. The customer shall be responsible to us for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any other, including any applicable design, drawing or specification provided to us.
4. All queries relating to this contract should be notified in writing to the company at the address shown on the contract.
5. All goods remain the property of Signature Sofas until paid for in full.
6. Fabric samples are provided for colour guidance only. Due to shade variation, the company cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

2. Manufacture

1. Their nominated suppliers will use al materials of the highest reputation in the company’s product.
2. In the event of materials becoming unavailable, the company apologises for any inconvenience.
3. Where applicable, all orders will not be produced until credit clearance has been received.

3. Guarantee

1. The products and workmanship are guaranteed in accordance with the company’s guarantee, which is 12 months as of the date of delivery.
2. This guarantee is not transferable.

4. Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation of the contract being requested by the customer, the following charge will be made.

1. Loss of deposit
2. Loss of profit and restocking charges of the materials 40% of the order value
3. All bespoke made items are non refundable. Signature Sofas defines a bespoke made item as a change of specification based on the customers requirements which can consist of a change to fabric type, fabric colour, size, depth, length of item and/or addition of any functional items such as electric charging points, recliners.

5. Delivery

1. All delivery times quoted are approximate and we reserve the right to change these times without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify where possible.
2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product fits into their property. However, we will endeavour to fit the product into the property if at all possible.

Delivery service A
Weekend only and within a five hour window and will cost £50 less £25 discount.

Delivery service B
Is for any nominated weekdays (excluding Bank Holiday) and within a 5 hour window and will cost £75 less £25 discount.

Delivery service C
Is for any nominated day (excluding Bank Holiday) and within a 1 hour window and will cost £100 less £25 discount.

3. The above delivery charges are subject to change if the delivery area is out of a 20 mile radius from our store.

6. Payment

1. The full balance is due 21 days after the order placement date.
   
2. Master Card and Visa Credit cards are subject to a 2% transaction Bank charge.
3. Solo, Visa Delta, Maestro Debit cards DO NOT carry a bank charge.
4. Bacs payment welcome, please ask for our details.
5. Building Society cheques, Bankers Drafts, Credit Cards and Debit Cards require 10-14 working
6. days for clearance prior to delivery.

7. Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint, we must be notified in writing. The liability of Signature Sofas LTD, in the event of a complaint, is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
